  Steer clear of the automotive department! It took them 2 1/2 days after I dropped of my tire just to tell me it was "not repairable because the hole was in a non repairable location". What makes it non repairable? "Because I said so" was the only answer I got. They didn't even have the consideration to call to say they couldn't fix it. I found out when I showed up to collect the tire the day after they phoned to say the tire was ready for pickup. Who is running this place!? I took the tire to country tire and they had it fixed in under 15 minutes! This place doesn't deserve your business do yourself a favor and get a real mechanic to service your vehicles.
  
  PS I later found out that the rude old guy who called himself "god of the tire shop" is the manager of the automotive department. How he got this job is a testament to how bad the staff is in the garage.
